A Message From the Owner

I don’t want to be remembered for pushing success. That’s not what I want this business to be about.

I want people to know that when something breaks, they can call me, and I’m going to do everything within my power to help them. I want to take something that’s broke and make it whole again—or at least try to make it better.

When somebody calls and their equipment is down, I know it’s not just a piece of equipment sitting there. That equipment is how they make a living. It keeps their business going. It supports their family. It’s part of their dream. I’ve seen what an impact one person can have just by showing up and helping somebody get back to work.

I don’t want to be the guy who shows up, fixes something, takes their money, and leaves. I don’t want it to be just about a paycheck. It’s about the relationship you build with the customer and the trust they have in you.

I want people to feel like when they call me, they’re not going to get thrown around or have to jump through a bunch of hoops. I want them to know that I’m going to do everything I can to keep their equipment going.

I also don’t want to lose sight of what’s important. If you’re just chasing the dollars, you’re not really a mechanic anymore. You’ve lost the compassion for why you started doing this to begin with.

I’m not trying to showboat, and I’m not trying to get rich. I want to have enough to take care of my family and enough to eventually give back. That’s what success means to me.

I don’t necessarily want to be a massive company with hundreds of customers. I’d rather be a smaller company with great customers. If we work for you, I want you to feel like it’s a privilege for us to be there—not the other way around.

And when that check is written, I want the customer to feel good about it. I want them to feel like they got something for their money. I want them to feel like they were taken care of. If I can’t give somebody that feeling, then I’m not sure what I’m doing this for.

At the end of the day, I just want to fix what’s broken, help people keep their businesses moving, build good relationships, and do right by the people who call me.

That’s the kind of mechanic I want to be.
