What Our On-Site PM Program Covers
We service mixed fleets: excavators, skid steers, forklifts, dump trucks, trailers, and diesel utility vehicles.
Oil, Fluid & Filter Changes
Heavy-duty diesel engine oil, hydraulic fluid, final drive gear lube, coolant flushes, and transmission service using OEM-specified filters and fluids directly at your yard.
- Engine oil, fuel filters & water separator service
- Hydraulic return, suction & pilot filters
- Differential & final drive gear oil drain and fill
Chassis & Pivot Point Greasing
Thorough greasing of all boom pins, bucket pivots, kingpins, driveline u-joints, and articulation joints. Clearing blocked zerk fittings to prevent expensive pin-and-bushing galling.
- Replacement of broken or frozen grease zerks
- High-pressure moly grease on heavy friction pins
- Driveshaft slip yoke & universal joint lubrication
Multi-Point Wear & Safety Inspections
Every PM service includes a visual walk-around inspection: checking hydraulic hoses for chafing, belt tension, radiator core debris, track tension, and frame stress cracks.
- Serpentine belts, tensioners & coolant hoses
- Rubber track / undercarriage wear measurements
- Brake friction material & air system drain valves
Electrical System & Battery Bank Check
Clean and torque corroded battery terminals, load-test commercial battery banks, verify alternator output voltage under load, and check safety switches and work lights.
- Terminal cleaning and corrosion inhibitor coat
- Alternator ripple & charging output verification
- Backup alarm & emergency stop switch checks
Scheduled Around Your Production Hours
We work with site superintendents and fleet managers to coordinate Planned Maintenance visits during early mornings, scheduled down shifts, or rainy days when equipment is parked so your crews aren't tied up during production hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you call it Planned Maintenance instead of preventative maintenance? expand_more
Because in the real world of construction and heavy equipment, nothing can 100% prevent wear and tear. What we can do is plan for it: scheduling service intervals, inspecting critical wear points, and controlling downtime rather than letting breakdowns dictate your project deadlines.
Do we have to supply our own filters and fluids? expand_more
You have total flexibility. If your company purchases fluids and filters in bulk, we are glad to use your inventory. Alternatively, we can source and bring the correct OEM filters and high-grade diesel lubricants directly to your yard.
Can you service a mix of forklifts, excavators, and commercial trucks? expand_more
Yes! We handle full multi-equipment fleets so you don't have to hire three different vendors for your forklifts, yellow iron machinery, and medium-duty support trucks.
